Our polyurethane-enameled precision resistance wires are engineered for critical measurement applications requiring exceptional stability and long-term reliability. Utilizing advanced insulation technology, these wires deliver optimal performance in demanding environments.

Materials: True Manganin (Cu86Mn12Ni2, UNS C57100) & Constantan (Cu55Ni45, UNS C71500)
Insulation: Grade 155 polyurethane enamel (IEC 60317-13)
Diameter Range: 0.08-1.0mm (±0.5% tolerance, ASTM B258)
Resistivity: 0.45 μΩ·m (Manganin), 0.49 μΩ·m (Constantan)
Temperature Coefficient: ±20 ppm/°C (15-45°C range)
Aging Stability: ΔR/R < 0.02% after 1,000 hours at 105°C
Thermal Class: 155°C continuous operation

If we have your size in stock, we can provide any quantity you want.
If we do not have, for spool wire, we can produce 1 spool, about 2-3kg. For coil wire, 25kg.
2. How can you pay for small sample amount?
We have Western union account, wire transfer for sample amount also ok.
3. Customer do not have express account. How will us arrange the delivery for sample order?
Just need to provide your address information, we will check the express cost, you can arrange the express cost together with sample value.
